1. General Information

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the terms and conditions listed below.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
2.1. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charge.
2.2. No-Show Policy
If a client:
• does not show up for the appointment and
• does not inform the salon at least 24 hours before
— a 50% fee of the missed service may be charged during the client’s next visit.
This policy is necessary to compensate for the reserved time slot.
3. Payments
Gala Studio accepts the following payment methods:
• Bancontact
• Payconiq
• Cash
• Bank transfer
4. Refund Policy
All services rendered are non-refundable.
Corrections may be offered only in cases where the salon is responsible for a technical error and only within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Service Guarantee
Gala Studio provides professional, high-quality services.
However, results may vary depending on:
• individual hair or skin condition
• adherence to aftercare instructions
• external factors
Guarantees are consistent with standard salon practice:
The salon may offer a correction within 7 days only if the issue is directly related to the technical execution of the service.
Improper aftercare is not covered by the guarantee.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must inform the salon of:
• allergies
• sensitivities
• medical conditions
• previous chemical treatments
The salon is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
7. Personal Belongings
Gala Studio is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items on the premises.
8. Photos & Social Media
With verbal consent, the salon may take before/after photos for portfolio or social media purposes.
Photos are never published without the client’s approval.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Gala Studio reserves the right to refuse service in cases of disrespectful behavior, health concerns, or situations where the requested service may damage the client’s hair or skin.
